Partial Payment Policy
Payment Structure section:
Upfront Payment: A non-refundable advance of ₹200 per item is charged when you place your order.
Due Amount: Pay the remaining balance in cash to the delivery agent upon delivery (Cash on Delivery).
Cancellations & Refunds section:
Advance Payment: The ₹200-per-item advance is strictly non-refundable ~ including if the order is cancelled, refused, undelivered, or returned to us (RTO) for any reason.
Failed Deliveries / Returns: If an order fails delivery or is returned to us, the ₹200-per-item advance already paid is forfeited and will not be refunded.
