Return & Damage Claim Policy
We take great care in packaging and quality checking every order before dispatch.
Damage Claims:
* An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or missing item claim.
* The video must be recorded continuously from the moment the sealed package is opened and should clearly show the package from all sides (360° view).
* Claims without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.
* Any damage or missing item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges:
* Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items received in a damaged condition.
* Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
* Once the claim is verified, a replacement or suitable resolution will be provided.
